PowerPoint summarizing product features and benefits.  Includes
architecture drawings and use cases.  
The Technical White Paper - A white paper summarizing the company’s
products relative to industry pain points and needs.  Discussion of
architecture, features, benefits and differentiation.
Competitive Products Analysis - A description of the top 5 to 10
competitive products.  Includes a summary of strengths and weaknesses.
Reseller, OEM and Alliance Analysis -  A detailed description of potential
partner relationships.  Emphasis is typically on prospective partners with
technology that can be integrated to deliver more complete customer
solutions.   May include analysis of channel partners that would enhance
the current sales distribution plan.
Merger & Acquisition Support - Identification and description of potential
M&A targets.   Deliverable includes pro and cons of merging and analysis
of strategic and product fit.  If desired, we can facilitate the end-to-end
process of engaging, closing, and integrating the target company.
